Relocation Services

Prior to the Move

  • De-clutter home and organize
  • Stage home to prepare for real estate market

  • Set up alpha, numeric or subject system based on client preference
  • Shred discarded documents containing personal information

Garage/Basement/Attic Organizing

  • Purge unused, unnecessary items
  • Set up new organizing system (cabinets, shelving, etc.) Or contact professionals for build-ins
  • Re-set after re-design

Garage Sales

  • Sort, tag and price items
  • Research community guidelines and buy necessary permits
  • Place ads in local papers and on appropriate web sites
  • Create signs and place them out
  • Assist client on day(s) of sale

Kitchen Organizing

  • Purge unused, unnecessary items
  • Plan redesign of cabinet use based on client needs
  • Purchase cabinet organizers
  • Re-set after new organizers installed

Paper Management

  • Evaluate client's daily/weekly/monthly paper flow
  • Set up systems to store and locate paper when needed

Space Organizing

  • Evaluate client's use of space
  • Discard/relocate items not used in space
  • Import items to make space more efficient

Author/Writer Organizing

  • Set up filing/tracking system for project needs
